Role Description

This full‑time role as a Printing / Typing Officer is based on‑site in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Process government transactions for individuals and businesses through the relevant official systems.
  • Complete forms, enter data accurately, and verify documents before submission.
  • Follow up on transaction status and update customers accordingly.
  • Provide customer service and guide clients on required documents and procedures.
  • Organize and archive documents (physical and digital) while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery.
Skills Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a typing center in the UAE is preferred
    .
  • Arabic or English speaker is required.
  • Strong computer skills, fast and accurate typing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and professional customer handling.
  • Strong advantage: Experience with ICP / MOHRE / GDRFA / Economic Department systems.
