Warehouse Manager vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah UAE

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory management
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Ensure accurate record‑keeping of inventory levels and timely replenishment of stock
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain a safe working environment and meet performance goals
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of warehouse activities
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards for all products received and shipped out
• Regularly conduct physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy of records
• Prepare reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and any issues or concerns

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving goals
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of warehouse software systems (e.g. SAP) is preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required
• Indian nationality preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply
