Warehouse Manager vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah UAE

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Warehouse Manager to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. This is a full-time position suitable for men, with a preference for Indian nationals. As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

Plan and coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of products.

Ensure inventory accuracy through regular counts and audits.

Monitor and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments for timely delivery.

Prepare reports on warehouse activities such as inventory levels, shipping schedules, and budget expenditures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Proficiency in English is required.
