Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and have previous experience in a similar role.

• Manage and supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
• Ensure efficient use of space and maintain accurate inventory records
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards are met
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of orders
• Monitor and control warehouse budget, expenses, and inventory levels
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures for efficient operations
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse

• Must be Egyptian national or have experience working in Egypt
• Fluency in English is required for effective communication with colleagues from different nationalities
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
• Knowledge of inventory management software is preferred
• Must be able to work full time, including weekends if necessary
