Pest Control Team Leader / Supervisor – Ras Al Khaimah Job Description
We are looking for a Pest Control Team Leader / Supervisor to manage daily pest control operations and supervise on‑site technicians. This role involves overseeing field activities, ensuring service quality, and maintaining safety and compliance standards.
To be successful in this position you must have hands‑on pest control experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to guide a small team and ensure smooth execution of assigned jobs.
In this role you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring your team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily pest control operations and field staff
- Assign tasks and guide technicians on‑site
- Ensure pest control services are delivered as per standards
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
- Ensure proper use of chemicals, tools, and safety equipment
- Maintain basic service records and reports
- Handle routine client coordination when required
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety guidelines
- 1–3 years of experience in pest control operations
- Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor is preferred
- Practical knowledge of pest control methods and safety practices
- Ability to manage and guide field technicians
- Basic communication skills in English
- Responsible and disciplined working approach
- Stable full‑time position
