Role

Description:

To support our continuous global growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and critical thinker to join our team as a Quality Control Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our Live Casino Products, following departmental policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall improvement and development of our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Head of QC & Training and collaborate closely to align initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual standards, striving to exceed expectations in training delivery.
  • Proactively foster a positive, engaging, and relationship‑building environment with all staff members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor for staff, imparting essential procedures and controls for specific table games and reinforcing excellent service skills.
  • Implement coaching strategies to support staff development and encourage professional growth, providing guidance and support as needed. Review and evaluate work completed by quality assurance specialists and provide detailed feedback.
  • Analyze monitoring session data from the QC department to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop effective workflow enhancements to optimize departmental operations.
  • Compile workload reports and propose improvements.
  • Provide regular feedback on departmental performance and development.
  • Stay informed about policy and procedure changes relevant to the department.
  • Supervise team members, providing feedback and monitoring progress.
  • Support efficient departmental operation through assigned duties.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of QC Supervisors and QC Specialists.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years in a managerial role, demonstrating proficiency in leading teams comprising 20 or more people.
  • Education:

    Minimum High School Diploma.
  • Strong leadership mindset, capable of guiding and inspiring teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, facilitating effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
  • Assertive and proactive individual with the ability to independently drive projects forward while also collaborating effectively within a team setting. Demonstrates a commitment to delivering results promptly and engaging relevant stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Proven track record of enhancing product quality through actions derived from rigorous quality verification processes.
  • Exhibits high attention to detail, proficient in problem definition, data collection, fact establishment, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Demonstrates strategic planning abilities essential for devising long‑term organizational objectives and operational strategies.
  • Possesses strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills crucial for navigating complex challenges and achieving business objectives.
  • Committed to adhering to established processes while also capable of recommending and communicating logical improvements. Demonstrates the ability to foster a positive working environment and develop teams effectively.
  • Experience in working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and track organizational performance.
  • Background in compliance or quality control within the gaming industry is a plus.
  • Skilled in navigating and utilizing Microsoft Office applications effectively to support various job functions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, combined with a disciplined, responsible, and unwaveringly devoted approach to tasks.
