Overview

We are looking for a dedicated EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Manager to oversee all aspects of environmental, health, and safety protocols within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Train employees on safety protocols and procedures to promote a culture of safety awareness.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement preventative measures.
  • Stay informed about new regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing EHS programs in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment and management techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement safety programs and policies
  • Proficiency in conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance
  • Problem-solving skills to address safety issues and emergencies effectively
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Knowledge of industry-specific hazards and best practices
  • Experience in training employees on safety procedures and protocols
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to improve safety performance
