AboutThe Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - Employee Relations & Services to join our Employee Relation team.
Responsibilities- Organize, plan and develop the volunteer team, community services and other activities
- Provide guidance and support to staff activities
- Assist in implementation of employee care and communication programmers
- Develop and monitor employee relations and participation programs to reinforce the employee engagement
- Work closely with other HR teams to provide timely and appropriate services to team members at Employee Service counter
- Assist to manage the team for administrative aspects on services provided to employees
- Assist the manager of Employee Services to create pleasant and professional working environment
- Perform other duties as directed by the Manager
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times on all matters
- Interact with Company Team Members, management, and contractors professionally and positively
- Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective communications
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct
- Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Company standards at all times
- Follow health and safety standards and avoid health and injury hazards
- Clean and tidy the office, and reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Advanced in MS Office skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and well-organized
- Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment
- Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience in a hotel industry, with at least 4 years as a supervisor, experience in planning and executing both internal and external events and activities
