About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager – Gaming Accounting to join the resort’s Finance team.
Responsibilities- Manage daily accounting operations for the gaming, including revenue audit, cash management, and reconciliation of gaming and non‑gaming revenues.
- Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for gaming operations.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve profitability and cost control.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Supervise, train, and mentor gaming accounting employees, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting processes.
- Implement and improve accounting systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Liaise with gaming operations, cage, and other departments to resolve accounting issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial data and sensitive information.
- Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by senior finance leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a gaming, hospitality, or gaming environment and 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and gaming regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead employees and manage projects.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of employee in a fast‑paced environment.
