Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

the Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Onboarding to join our Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the team and ensure the smooth operation of all parties.
  • Maintain good relationships with different agencies regarding work permits, pre‑employment, and relocation‑related procedures.
  • Responsible for all onboarding processes for selected candidates.
  • Work closely with inter‑departments on work visa and residence permit‑related issues and keep the team updated.
  • Work closely with the Wynn Oasis team to ensure smoother experience for new joiners.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system and keep filing up to date.
  • Update and prepare monthly reports for the management team.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Onboarding Manager.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times on all matters.
  • Interact with Company team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively.
  • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective communication.
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
  • Remain well‑mannered and well‑groomed as per Company standards at all times.
  • Follow health and safety standards and avoid health and injury hazards.
  • Clean and tidy the office, and reduce, re‑use, and recycle wherever possible.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to system optimization initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience in a company, hotel, or sizable organization, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, and outgoing.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Patient, detail‑oriented, and meticulous, with the ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • A team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high‑pressure work environment.
