Role Description :
The Assistant Chef / Kitchen Helper supports the kitchen team in preparing quality food and maintaining smooth kitchen operations. This role involves assisting with food preparation, cooking basic menu items, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring timely order service.
Key Responsiblities :- Assist the Head Chef in daily food preparation and kitchen tasks.
- Prepare basic ingredients (cutting, marinating, portioning).
- Fry items and cook simple dishes as instructed.
- Plating dishes and clearing orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Following hygiene and food safety standards.
- Basic cooking experience.
- Knowledge of Continental and Oriental cuisine (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take instructions.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
- Salary: AED 1,500 – 2,000 (based on experience).
- Free accommodation and food provided by the company.
- Pick & drop transportation provided.
