Our All-Day Dining restaurant is the heart of the hotel, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with high volume, consistency, and quality. We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie
who understands the pace and standards of an All-Day Dining operation and can support smooth kitchen delivery across multiple services while maintaining strong food quality and hygiene standards.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Prepare and execute dishes for the All Day Dining restaurant according to approved recipes, standards, and service timings
  • Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations, mise en place planning, and service execution
  • Ensure consistency and quality during high-volume breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation across live cooking and buffet setups
  • Check raw materials, storage, rotation, and stock usage to minimise waste and spoilage
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene of your section at all times
  • Follow food safety, health, and hygiene standards inline with hotel and local regulations
  • Assist with menu preparation, production planning, and inter-section coordination
  • Support junior kitchen colleagues and work closely with the wider All Day Dining team
What We need from you
  • Diploma or vocational qualification in Culinary Arts or relevant kitchen experience
  • Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a resort/ luxury setting
  • Practical understanding of All Day Dining operations, buffet service, and live stations
  • Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen organisation
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service periods
  • Team-focused attitude with clear communication and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
