We are looking for an Export Sales Specialist for the APAC region who will be responsible for managing existing customers, developing new clients, and expanding market presence to drive revenue growth.
This role requires strong sales operations capability, excellent system knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced commercial environment.
The ideal candidate will come with solid tiles/building materials sales experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility with working hours.
What You Will Be Doing- Support the development and execution of regional sales strategies to achieve targets
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare structured reports and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and project clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across APAC markets
- Coordinate operational tasks, including promotional activity, documentation, and inter-departmental alignment
- Conduct market research on trends, competitors, pricing, and new opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, customer advocacy, production planning, and finance for a seamless customer experience
- Oversee CRM usage and ensure accurate sales administration and documentation
Some of the key competencies required for the role include:
Functional- Strong understanding of sales fundamentals within tiles or building materials
- Ability to manage customer relationships, resolve issues, and drive retention
- Data-driven approach to performance tracking and sales reporting
- Good understanding of market trends and competitor activities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications
- Clear and confident communicator
- Persuasive with strong influencing ability
- Collaborative, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- MBA / BBA
- 2–3 years of minimum sales experience specifically in the tiles industry, minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
- Strong experience managing distributors, channel partners, and project clients
- Proven ability to identify new markets and expand customer base
- Technical proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications
- Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
