We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will lead and direction the sales team, manage client relationships, drive sales performance, and achieve sales targets.

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve organizational sales objectives.
• Identify potential client opportunities and introduce new products or services to existing clients.
• Set customer service standards and supervise the sales team.
• Monitor performance against goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and create reports on progress.
• Maintain relationships with key clients.
• Develop promotional plans to increase awareness of the company’s products or services.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar sales management role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent leadership skills with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of market trends and dynamics.
• Familiarity with CRM software systems such as Hub Spot or Salesforce.
