We are looking for a Junior Executive After Sales Support to join our team in RAK, UAE. This role will support the UAE sales operations across wholesalers and project segments, ensuring smooth coordination of sales processes and timely execution of orders.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with the outdoor sales team (Wholesale & Projects) to manage order flow and customer requirements.
- Work closely with plant teams on sample production, stock availability, warehouse, and logistics coordination.
- Conduct frequent factory visits to ensure timely fulfillment of customer and sales requirements.
- Manage sample requests, reviews, and timely dispatch to customers and sales teams.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure samples and promotional materials are dispatched as planned.
- Prepare product and stock proposals for the sales team to present to customers.
- Support the end-to-end sales cycle including order processing, dispatch, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments in coordination with relevant teams.
- Gather forecasts from customers and sales teams and maintain accurate records in SAP for production planning.
- Coordinate with production to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with QA/QC for resolution.
- Strong understanding of sales coordination and order management processes.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and production coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments.
- Customer service orientation with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience (preferably in the ceramics or manufacturing industry).
- Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to coordinate daily with internal and external stakeholders, including factory visits when required.
