Sales Executive – Fire Safety Services & AMC

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and secure new Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for fire fighting, fire alarm and life safety systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, facility managers and property developers.
• Conduct site surveys with our technical team to understand client requirements and present customized safety solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with Civil Defence regulations.
• Stay updated on Civil Defence codes in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, RAK and competitor activities.

• 2–5 years of proven outdoor sales experience specifically in Fire Life Safety / Fire Protection systems and AMC sales within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE Civil Defence rules and NFPA standards.
• Existing portfolio or strong network of facility management companies, MEP contractors and real estate developers in Dubai, AUH or RAK.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
