Sales Manager in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting sales goals, developing sales strategies and managing a team of sales agents.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. They should have a strong understanding of the industry, local markets, customer needs and trends. Additionally, they should be able to build long lasting relationships with customers, manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful applicant must possess a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or Business Administration, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. A background in the UAE market is preferred but not essential. Excellent command of written and spoken English is required, with additional language skills being beneficial.
