- Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, and invoices.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Track sales targets and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the finance department regarding customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Maintain inventory and product information relevant to customer orders.
- Support the sales team in achieving business objectives and improving customer satisfaction
