• Be the face of Cloud Spaces – managing for our clients and visitors, high-standard experience.
• Support the Centre Manager in driving sales, day-to-day operations, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct client check-ins, onboarding, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth journey.
• Manage leads, assist with upselling memberships, and handle CRM updates.
• Cover reception when needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support with invoicing, collections, and billing accuracy.

• Enhance client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.
• Achieve sales conversion goals and certification as a back-up seller.
• Contribute to operational excellence and a vibrant workplace culture.

• Experience in client relations, customer service, or sales support.
• Strong communication skills, professional presence, and a positive attitude.
• Organized, proactive, and motivated to deliver results.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, excel and basic billing processes (preferred).
