Assistant Director of Sales - Russian Speaker

• Summary-

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Sales who is fluent in Russian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Director of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals, as well as managing a team of sales representatives.

The position is based at The Cove Rotana Resort.

• Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in Russian and English is required
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
