• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet monthly sales goals
• Lead and manage the sales team, including setting objectives, tracking performance, providing feedback, and ensuring the team is working collaboratively

• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
• Develop new business opportunities by researching potential customers
• Establish relationships with current customers, addressing any customer complaints or concerns

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (preferred)
• At least one year of experience in a similar role
