H.B. Fuller seeks a Sales Professional to drive profitable growth by managing existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory. This role is responsible for achieving sales, volume, and margin objectives through value-based selling, customer engagement, and market development. The position collaborates with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that create long-term business value.

• Achieve territory sales, volume, and profitability targets
• Manage existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using Salesforce (SFDC) and sales tools
• Deliver value-based solutions tailored to customer needs and business objectives
• Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements to optimize margin performance
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the territory
• Provide accurate forecasts, reports, and customer insights to stakeholders
• Promote innovative products and gather customer feedback to support business growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
• 3+ years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience
• Experience using CRM systems and managing customer sales pipelines
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Authorization to work in the applicable location and ability to travel as required

• Experience in adhesives, chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial markets
• Knowledge of value-selling methodologies and pricing strategies
• Understanding of contracts and commercial terms
• Proven success in territory growth, customer retention, and new business acquisition
