We are currently looking for an experienced Installation Supervisor to manage and supervise the installation of commercial kitchen equipment and metal furniture at project sites. The role involves overseeing technical teams, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining compliance with safety and building regulations.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of commercial cooking, refrigeration, and ventilation systems, and experience working on active construction sites.
Job Responsibilities:- Supervise the installation, anchoring, leveling, and alignment of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess requirements and monitor installation progress against timelines.
- Manage manpower schedules, workload allocation, and daily site activities.
- Prepare inspection records, checklists, site reports, and safety compliance documentation.
- Ensure all utility connections (electrical, plumbing, gas, ventilation, and HVAC) are executed according to approved shop drawings and local building codes.
- Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contractors and vendors to resolve installation clashes and technical issues.
- Monitor pre-commissioning, start-up, and performance testing of installed equipment.
- Direct, train, and supervise installation technicians to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project schedules.
- Interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and safety gear at the site.
- Minimum2 to 3 years of proven experience in:
Metal equipment or furniture fabrication,and/or Installation of commercial kitchen equipment. - Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience managing installation teams and subcontractors on construction sites.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within the country.
