Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments and guest rooms.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions.
* Ensure all building systems comply with safety standards and operational procedures.
* Assist in the installation of new equipment and facilities as required.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts.## Requirements
* Proven experience as a Building Technician or in a similar maintenance role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
