MEP​/HVAC Foreman

Main Job Responsibilities and Daily Tasks

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and facility operations activities
• Manage technicians, helpers, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely
• Allocate manpower and assign maintenance tasks based on priorities and work schedules
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other building systems
• Ensure all works are carried out according to safety standards, company policies, and client requirements
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance needs
• Report maintenance issues, breakdowns, and material requirements to the Facility Supervisor
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for repair and maintenance activities
• Maintain daily work records, job completion reports, and attendance of staff
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and client complaints
• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness standards are maintained within the facility
• Support AMC works, inspections, and compliance-related activities
• Train and guide technicians and workers on proper work procedures and safety practices
• Follow up on spare parts availability and material requests for ongoing works

• Required qualifications or certifications
  :
  Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the same field
  : 3 to 5 years
• Knowledge of specific systems

• Ability to handle customers professionally and politely
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• UAE Driving License Requirement:
