Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and facility operations activities.
  • Manage technicians, helpers, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
  • Allocate manpower and assign maintenance tasks based on priorities and work schedules.
  • Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other building systems.
  • Ensure all works are carried out according to safety standards, company policies, and client requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
  • Report maintenance issues, breakdowns, and material requirements to the Facility Supervisor.
  • Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for repair and maintenance activities.
  • Maintain daily work records, job completion reports, and attendance of staff.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and client complaints.
  • Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness standards are maintained within the facility.
  • Support AMC works, inspections, and compliance-related activities.
  • Train and guide technicians and workers on proper work procedures and safety practices.
  • Follow up on spare parts availability and material requests for ongoing works.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or equivalent education.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Facility Management – Maintenance (at the earliest).
  • Good communication skills; ability to handle customers professionally and politely.
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good team coordination and leadership skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software (mandatory).
  • Ability to use Google Sheets, Word, and Excel.
  • Basic internet and email handling skills.
