Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.

• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, shape materials to prescribed measurements, and assemble and join materials together
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, counters, and molding
• Repair or replace damaged parts of structures and fixtures
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to safety protocols

• Proven experience as a Carpenter
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Good understanding of basic math and measurements
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and manipulate heavy materials
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

• Proficiency in using various carpentry tools and equipment
• Knowledge of different types of wood and their characteristics
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, and shape wood materials
• Understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience in installing fixtures, furniture, and structures
• Attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
• Physical strength and stamina for prolonged periods of work Problem‑solving skills to address challenges during projects
• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in carpentry work
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with other construction professionals
