Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our technical operations, ensuring the smooth functionality of equipment and systems.

• Operate, maintain, and repair various technical equipment and systems
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, implementing effective solutions
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to guide maintenance and repair activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in relevant fields

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent vocational training
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar technical role
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various technical equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in technical environments
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls when necessary
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment
