On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Senior Carpentry Technician – Logistics Centre to join the resort’s Logistics Centre team.

• Technical Leadership
• Supervise carpentry staff and assign tasks based on operational priorities.
• Review and approve technical drawings and specifications for carpentry projects.
• Ensure all carpentry work meets structural, aesthetic, and safety standards.
• Construction & Assembly
• Build and repair wooden crates, pallets, and storage units for logistics and transport.
• Fabricate custom fixtures and supports for equipment and inventory.
• Lead the installation of architectural finishes and decorative elements.
• Maintenance & Repairs
• Conduct inspections and oversee repairs of wooden infrastructure within the Logistics Centre.
• Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Operational Support
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure packaging meets operational and safety standards.
• Support load‑ins, load‑outs, and refurbishment projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized carpentry workspace.
• Compliance & Safety
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure team adherence to PPE and hazard controls.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and Wynn safety standards.
• Maintain documentation of inspections and safety reports.
• Team Development
• Mentor junior carpenters and support their technical growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training or upskilling.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in carpentry preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in facilities or logistics carpentry, including supervisory roles.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with packaging standards and warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in warehouse environments.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
