HVAC Technician

Responsible for performing the HVAC maintenance tasks, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting maintenance task and other assigned maintenance on the campus facilities in a professional and safe way while considering the cost.

• Experienced in operating a variety of equipment and small hand tools
• Able to work well with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
• Able to take initiative to recommend improvements, or cost reductions
• Equipment and tools knowledge
• Technical capabilities

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a technician, technician apprentice, or relevant work experience.
• Firefighting and fire alarm knowledge and experience is a plus.
