Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain water supply, sewage and drainage systems
- Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves and fixtures
- Maintain hot and cold water systems, including boilers and pumps
- Clear blocked drains and sewer lines
- Detect plumbing leaks and repair water damage issues
- Test water pressure and ensure proper system functionality
- Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering teams
- Maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations
- Technical certification in Plumbing.
- 2 5 years of experience in hotel or building maintenance.
- Knowledge of water systems, pumps, and sanitary installations.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work shifts and respond to emergencies.
