Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and maintenance of HVAC systems ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate and schedule work for HVAC technicians, optimizing team efficiency and project timelines.
• Manage inventory and procurement of HVAC materials and tools, ensuring all necessary supplies are available for projects.
• Implement best practices for energy efficiency and sustainability in HVAC system design and installation.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and any challenges encountered.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols on job sites.
• Ensure proper documentation of all service calls and maintenance work performed, maintaining accurate records.

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and energy management strategies.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish) are a valuable asset for client interactions.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing HVAC issues.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle tools and equipment, along with the ability to work in various environments.
