Maintenance

• Carry out preventive corrective and breakdown maintenance of production and utility equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore equipment within targeted downtime
• Perform routine inspection of electrical panels motors drives and field instruments
• Replace defective electrical components including contractors relays sensors switches MCBs MCCBs VFDs and power supplies
• Conduct insulation resistance testing and electrical safety checks

• Assist in PLC and HMI fault diagnosis
• Troubleshoot field I O devices
• Replace sensors encoders solenoid valves and communication cables
• Support maintenance of VFDs and servo drives

• Follow LOTO Lock Out Tag Out procedures
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards
• Maintain GMP and housekeeping standards
• Use appropriate PPE during maintenance activities
• Report unsafe conditions immediately

• Complete preventive maintenance checklists
• Record breakdown history in CMMS SAP etc
• Maintain spare parts consumption records
• Prepare shift handover reports

• Participate in TPM initiatives
• Suggest machine reliability improvements
• Support energy-saving and cost-reduction projects
• Participate in root cause analysis RCA

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• UAE Wireman License (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of industrial automation
• Experience3–7 years of experience in FMCG, Food, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, or Beverage manufacturing.
• Experience in high-speed packaging lines is mandatory.
• Experience working in a GMP manufacturing environment is preferred.
