We are seeking experienced maintenance professionals across multiple trades (Electrician, Mason, AC Technician, Carpenter) to join our manufacturing facility's maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, HVAC units, building structures, and carpentry elements
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues in a timely manner
- Conduct routine inspections of office spaces, utilities, and building systems
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
- Collaborate with facility management and other team members
- Perform renovations, repairs, and improvements to office spaces
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in your respective trade
- Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety protocols
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical fitness for manual labor and working at heights where applicable
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Knowledge of multiple trades
