Carpenter Vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, installation and repair of wooden structures, furniture and other objects.

• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.
• Cut or shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall, and other materials with power saws and routers.
• Assemble cut and shaped materials to form structures or objects using nails, screws, staples or adhesives.
• Construct frameworks including walls, floors and door frames.
• Install siding and moldings to protect interior or exterior of structure.
• Repair furniture and other wooden objects or structures as required.

• 3+ years of experience as a carpenter
• Experience using hand tools such as saws, planes and chisels
• Knowledge of safety regulations when working with wood products
• Ability to read blueprints/building plans is an asset
• Good problem solving skills

We offer a salary of 1000 AED per month for this position. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
