HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Building Maintenance, Plumber
We are seeking a versatile MEP Technician to handle general maintenance across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting facilities issues and executing preventative maintenance schedules.
Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, DB boards, and lighting circuits.
Fix plumbing issues, leaks, pumps, sanitary fixtures, and drainage systems.
Service HVAC equipment, including split ACs, FCUs, and ventilation fans.
Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules across the property.
Identify hazards and carry out rapid repairs to prevent facility downtime.
Log daily maintenance activities and report major faults to supervisors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 3+ years in multi-skilled facility maintenance (MEP).
Education: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering / ITI Certificate.
Skills: Strong dual knowledge in plumbing/electrical or HVAC/electrical.
Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
