Rental Properties Coordinator

Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized mental health and substance use services provider, is seeking a part timerental property coordinator to assist with the daily support of our Rental Management team. This is a “hands on”position in the field facilitating all areas of property management. This a part-time position is located in Portage County,Ohio, working primarily a day shift position with some occasionalevening and weekend hours reporting to the Director of Rental Management.

• A supportive role working directly with our clients/residents, rental management staff, and various contractors/vendors
• Assist with all aspects of rental property management including but not limited to application processing, leasing, move-insand move-outs, compliance, and monthly inspections
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working with property maintenance,contractors, vendors, and property management
• Teamplayer with a “go with the flow attitude”
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Prefer someone with property maintenance and affordable housing experience
