GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Responsible for greeting clients, answering phone and schedule appointments. Assist with packing pantry orders and other duties as assigned.

• Answer phone.
• Schedule pantry appointments.
• Greet clients.
• Assist with packing pantry orders.
• Assist with program donation processing, pick-ups and deliveries
• Complies with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Professional telephone skills.
• Proficient in reading and writing.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills (in person and on telephone).
• Outgoing personality with the ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability.
• Must be able to meet agency requirements for criminal back ground check (Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification & Investigation).

Minimum Education al/Licensure Requirements:
High School diploma or GED preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirements:
Customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift, carry and load objects weighing 40 pounds or more. Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods during the work day.
