Cosmetology Instructor Substitute, PART-TIME EVENINGS

General

Job Description:

• Provide instruction to adults in Cosmetology
• Provide instruction in group setting or individually
• Curriculum created and followed by State Board
• Ability to teach in lab setting
• Monday-Thursday 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Reports to:

Director of Adult Education

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a combination of education & work experience totaling a minimum of 5 years in field
• Cosmetology Teaching Certificate (through the Cosmetology Board)
• Certification
• Professionalism
• Ability to teach
• Desire to work with adult learners
• Desire to teach knowledge of field in classroom/lab setting

Salary: $25 hour STRS Pension
