Commercial Lenderwho’s passionate about helping local businesses grow and succeed in mainly

Portage and Summit County (Ohio). In this role, you’ll manage and expand a portfolio of commercial loans while building strong, lasting relationships with our business clients and internal teams.

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with commercial clients
• Participate in lending meetings to introduce and present loans with our credit department
• Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between clients and the bank
• Collaborate with internal teams to support loan performance and compliance
• Stay current on lending programs (SBA, USDA, NDS), policies, and regulations
• Represent the bank in the community and at business-related events

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of commercial lending required
• Exhibits strong self-leadership, accountability, and ownership of work while contributing positively to a team-oriented culture
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and teamwork
