Our teams serve adults, children, and families experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders.

Qualifications of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher:
- Master's degree and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Psychologist licensure with supervision credential preferred
- Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder preferred
- Have or willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers and a CAQH account
Job Duties of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher:
- Diagnostic assessments
- Counseling/psychotherapy for individuals and/or groups
- Referral/linkage with other services
- Documentation for provided services
