Counselor​/Therapist Youth & Adults

Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized mental health and substance use services provider, is seeking a counselor and/or social worker to join our team! We have openings for both child/adolescent counselors and adult counselors/therapists which may be located in our offices in Kent or Ravenna, Ohio.

• Providing Counseling and Diagnostic Assessment services to youth and families up to age 26
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Diagnostic assessments
• Counseling/psychotherapy for individuals and/or groups
• Referral/linkage with other services
• Documentation for provided services

• Master's degree and LPC/LPCC, LSW/LISW (or higher) licensure
• Willingness to get NPI and Medicaid billing number (we'll help!)
• Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder preferred
• Training in counseling-scope work with youth and families (3yrs experience preferred)
