Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Ravenna, OH - 4 days onsite, 1 remote

Salary: Up to $140k

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience acting as an Infrastructure Engineer
• Direct experience with Commvault
• Active Directory management and maintenance
• Server management and upgrades (e.g., Windows Server 2016 to 2019)
• Support for Dell hardware and Zebra label printers
• Break/fix troubleshooting and laptop/PC deployment
• Experience with virtual infrastructure (VDI) is a plus
• Security knowledge, including Intune and security policies, is important

• Technical certifications such as A+ or MCSE
• Teams softphone administration

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, desktops, laptops, printers, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations.
• Deliver technical support and coaching to junior IT staff, as needed.
• Act as a subject matter expert on infrastructure systems, supporting divisional and corporate IT projects as needed to completion.
• Administer and support key systems such as Active Directory, SCCM, Group Policy, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V), SQL databases, and virtual desktop infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, government regulations, and data privacy standards.
• Collaborate closely with division IT manager, Infrastructure lead, and end-users to communicate status updates, resolve issues, and implement improvements.
