As a 3rd Shift Harness Assembly Associate, you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll DoAs a 3rd Shift Harness Assembly Associate, you will be responsible for Assemble wire harnesses and electrical components according to work instructions

Install tubing, fittings, connectors, and related assembly parts

Tighten fittings and components to specifications

Perform repetitive manufacturing and assembly tasks accurately and efficiently

Inspect finished products for quality & maintain a clean, organized workstation

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

High School Diploma or GED6+ months of manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or general labor experience

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Ability to follow written instructions and maintain reliable attendance
