As a Harness Assembly Coiler, you'll support daily production by coiling, inspecting, and preparing wiring harnesses to strict quality standards. What You'll DoAs a Harness Assembly Coiler, you will be responsible for:

Operate coiling machines to carefully wind wiring harnesses according to specified guidelines and production schedules.

Inspect coiled harnesses for length, tension, and overall quality to ensure compliance with accuracy standards.

Follow detailed work instructions to assemble and prepare wiring bundles for subsequent production steps.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and improve workflow processes.

Adhere to all safety and quality protocols to ensure production of defect-free wiring harnesses.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

High school diploma or GED.Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly environments is preferred but not required—training will be provided.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.

Strong manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail.

Safety-focused attitude and ability to work well within a team.
