- Serve as a hands‑on floor leader who actively mentors, coaches, and develops team members
- Drive production output and operational efficiency while maintaining high performance standards
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and foster a culture of safety across the production floor
- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing supervision or lead experience required
- Chemical industry background is a plus
- Mechanically inclined with aptitude for troubleshooting and hands‑on problem solving
