Assembly Worker - General Labor
Kelly is hiring a Assembly Worker on behalf of a growing, family-owned manufacturer in Ravenna, Ohio that has been providing high-quality packaging and industrial solutions to customers across a variety of industries for decades.
Pay: $16 per hour
Schedule:1st Shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Attach or remove parts on the paint line as directed
- Move, stack, or organize materials and components around the work area
- Inspect parts for defects or damage before and after painting processes
- Load and unload items from the production line or racks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
- Strong commitment to safety
- Experience with hand tools (preferred)
- Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude are essential
