Kelly is hiring a Assembly Worker on behalf of a growing, family-owned manufacturer in Ravenna, Ohio that has been providing high-quality packaging and industrial solutions to customers across a variety of industries for decades.

Pay: $16 per hour

Schedule:1st Shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Attach or remove parts on the paint line as directed
• Move, stack, or organize materials and components around the work area
• Inspect parts for defects or damage before and after painting processes
• Load and unload items from the production line or racks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Strong commitment to safety
• Experience with hand tools (preferred)
• Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude are essential
