Entry-Level Assembly Associate - Wire Harness | 3rd Shift
Location: Ravenna, OH (On-site)
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: 3rd Shift (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
Start Date: ASAP
We are urgently hiring Entry-Level Assembly Associates to join a clean, modern, and safety-focused manufacturing facility in Ravenna, OH.
In this role, you will assemble wire harnesses using simple, step-by-step instructions. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and build a long-term manufacturing career. No previous manufacturing or assembly experience is required.
What You'll Do
- Assemble wire harnesses
- Install tubing, fittings, connectors, and related parts
- Follow clear written and visual work instructions
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform hands-on assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- No prior assembly or factory experience needed
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail for handling small parts
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- $17.00 per hour with reliable weekly pay
- Consistent 40-hour work week on a set overnight schedule
