Entry-Level Marketing Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, tech‑savvy Entry‑Level Marketing Assistant to support marketing campaigns and digital initiatives in a fully paperless, technology‑driven office.

This role is ideal for a self‑starter who is software‑competent, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow in marketing.

• Assist with execution of marketing campaigns (digital and print)
• Create and edit marketing materials (emails, flyers, social posts, presentations)
• Manage website updates and digital content
• Support social media scheduling and engagement
• Maintain CRM data and marketing lists
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Coordinate marketing projects and timelines

• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Email marketing platforms
• Social media scheduling tools
• ERP systems (pro Alpha a plus; training provided)
• Website CMS platforms
• Comfort with learning new systems and working in a paperless environment is essential.

• High school diploma or GED required (Marketing/Business degree preferred)
• 0–2 years of marketing, internship, or related experience
• Strong computer and software skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self‑starter who can work independently
• Reliable and professional

• Marketing internship or coursework
• CRM or Salesforce experience
• Social media content creation experience
• Basic analytics/reporting experience

• Full‑time, Onsite (Ravenna, OH) – candidates must live within 30 minutes of the facility
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (1‑hour unpaid lunch)
