Spring Seal, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Associate to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shifts. The QA Associate will ensure products meet safety and quality standards by inspecting materials, identifying non-conformances, and documenting results.
You will maintain calibrated test equipment, prepare test data, and contribute to continuous improvement with Excel tracking, SOPs, and on‑floor quality checks. Experience with measurement tools and CMM is a plus.
